Etihad Airways expects to fly with Air Berlin in the future




Etihad Airways said that the decision of the German court, on Thursday, means that it is expected to gaining approval to operate codeshare flights with Air Berlin in the future.
The appellate court in Germany has ruled, Thursday, to allow Etihad Airways to continue to conduct 26 of the 31 flight post in the icon with Air Berlin, in the winter flight schedule, which ends in March, based on a bilateral agreement that was reached between Germany and the United Arab Emirates in 2000.
Etihad Airways said in a statement on Friday: "the Court's interpretation of the air services agreement between the United Arab Emirates and Germany also means that Etihad Airways will be able to continue to conduct all these trips codeshare after the winter schedule."
